Mosaic Class - Direct Method

Class is limited to 6 students.

Thursday June 26 and Thursday July 3 (You must attend both dates to complete your project)

Total cost of the class is $125.00. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required on registration with the balance of $100 due before the start of the class.

Direct method mosaic class – 2 sessions (must attend both sessions to complete project)

First class June 26th – 3 hours Students to bring with them an 8” x 10” simplistic design or pattern, I will also have a selection of designs they can use.
Items supplied:
8” x 10” board
Tiles
Adhesive
Loan of tile cutters
Loan of tweezers

Lesson includes preparation of board, application of design, cutting techniques and placement of tiles and best practices.

Homework – students will take the project, tiles, cutters and glue home with them and have it completed 24 hours before the next session.

Second class July 3 – 2 hours (students must return cutters and tweezers and any unused tiles)

Grout powder
Mixing container
Rinsing container
Sponges
Disposable apron
Disposable gloves

Lesson includes grouting project and clean up. (Instructions given on how to do final clean at home 24 hours after the grout has dried).
